Warranty and Guarantee

WARRANTY POLICY:

Most manufacturers guarantee their products against workmanship and material defects for a period of up to one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturers with alternative or extended warranty policies will be noted in the manufacturers product information. Any alterations or improper use or care of products will void the warranty. At our discretion, we will repair, replace or credit for defective merchandise. This warranty specifically excludes all labor and freight costs. All warranty adjustments are limited to replacement or credit on returned items. Upon sending any clothing back for repair, all items must be dry cleaned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

After receiving your order, please check it carefully against the invoice. If any item is incorrect, or if the order has been shorted, your must call us within 3 business days of receiving the order. All returns must have a return authorization number. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging in new undamaged, re-salable condition. Returns sent freight collect COD will be rejected by Genesis Motorsports.

No return will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.

All custom and special order items are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:

If any items are damaged in shipment, you must make the claim with the carrier. All shipping cartons and packaging material must be kept for inspection by the carrier. Genesis Motorsports is not obligated to initiate claims for you.

SHIPPING:

Genesis Motorsports will ship UPS ground within the U.S. and internationally. Expedited shipments can be requested. Freight charges will be calculated at the time of shipment. In stock orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time will be shipped the same day.

SHIPPING ERRORS:

If Genesis Motorsports ships incorrect items, a call tag will be issued. Shipping will be at the expense of Genesis Motorsports. The same shipping method as the original order will be used. Replacement items will be shipped upon our receipt of returned merchandise.

BACKORDER POLICY:

All in-stock merchandise will be shipped immediately. Any back ordered merchandise will be shipped upon availability. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if any items are on back order. Invoice will be for full order plus shipping. You will not receive additional invoices when back orders are shipped. Please notify us immediately to cancel any back orders.
